Royal Tokaji Essencia is made from grapes affected by noble rot (Botrytis cinerea). These shriveled grapes are carefully harvested by hand, then gently pressed to extract the sweet, concentrated juice. The wine undergoes slow fermentation and long aging in oak barrels, creating a rich, honeyed flavor with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
